The open layout includes a comfortable seating area both inside and outside in the patio where you can relax, read, or unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to prepare meals, snacks, or simply enjoy your morning coffee. Step outside, and you’re just moments from the water with easy dock access—perfect for boating enthusiasts, fishing, or simply enjoying the beautiful views. We even have a kayak available for your use. Enjoy everything Jensen Beach has to offer from this tranquil waterfront oasis! GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

The carport is your designated parking spot. You have a private terrace with out door seating. The home upstairs sometimes has other guests and they have their own private terrace upstairs. Please not that the dock however is a shared space.
