Inside, you’ll find a luxurious king bed and two twin beds, ideal for families, couples, or friends. The open layout includes a comfortable seating area both inside and outside in the patio where you can relax, read, or unwind after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to prepare meals, snacks, or simply enjoy your morning coffee. Step outside, and you’re just moments from the water with easy dock access—perfect for boating enthusiasts, fishing, or simply enjoying the beautiful views. We even have a kayak available for your use. Enjoy everything Jensen Beach has to offer from this tranquil waterfront oasis! GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Guests will have the option of a refundable credit card hold or a non-refundable $50 guest insurance. Other things to note STARTER KIT The home will be prepared for your comfort and enjoyment upon your arrival.
